DEMO AND RE-DESIGN OF EXISTING BUILDING STRUCTURE

Client purchased the property which included a metal building that was  a boat shop.  Our design included demolishing most of the existing building, re-using portions of the base structure to minimize re-build costs for our client and building a new 4,800 SF dental office complete with new parking lot design and landscaping which re-invented the use of this property.
