Construction Administration (CA) is a very important part of our culture and a necessary provision to ensure the design intent is communicated throughout the project.  Our firm has extensive experience in CA and will work to ensure all of the following tasks are managed by providing the necessary oversight:

• Review Shop Drawings & Submittals in a Timely Manner

• Coordinate Code Review & Respond to Comments from Authorities Having Jurisdiction

• Attend Jobsite Meetings & Be Available to the Contractor for Questions & Clarifications

• Review Payment Applications, Advising on Draw Amount Based on Site Observations

• Work Directly with the Contractor to Limit Change Orders

• Walk-Thru for Final Inspection & Punch-List

When it comes to keeping the integrity of the design throughout the construction phase, our team will work closely with the selected contractor to ensure the finished result is true to design.  Our attention to detail begins at bid review as we guide you through the contractor negotiation and selection process, continuing through value engineering, and most importantly…we are committed to minimizing change orders by working closely with the selected contractor.
