Phillip Craddock is a licensed Real Estate Agent and the Owner of Craddock Architecture, a local firm with a strong design aesthetic.  During the span of his 22-year career in Architecture, he has designed more than 300 Walmart and Sam’s Club stores as well as hundreds of thousands of square feet of Medical Office space throughout the United States.  Prior to starting his own firm, Phillip contributed to the success of several architectural firms within the DFW metroplex where he received numerous accolades for his commitment to design.  He is licensed in numerous states and is a proud supporter of several community outreach programs that bring awareness to improve the well-being of people and animals we all share life with.  Phillip also serves as Vice Chair for the Architectural Review Board in his hometown of Rockwall.
